What is the source of my data - where is it obtained from? Your personal data is shared directly by you or by your employer or the entity you represent.
            
            
What is the extent of my personal data processed by CommerceBay? We process your personal data with regard to your name, surname, telephone number, email address, position, the name of the entity represented and the registered office of that entity, and those concerning the scope of your company's activities.
            
What is the purpose of processing my personal data? We contact you about ongoing issues or respond to questions or matters that you direct to us. We typically perform these activities as part of the performance of a contract between CommerceBay and your employer or the entity you represent. 
            
            
To whom is my personal data transferred? Due to the need to ensure that we are properly organised, e.g. in terms of IT infrastructure or day-to-day matters concerning our activities as a business, your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
to service providers who supply CommerceBay with technical and organisational solutions to enable the provision of services and the management of our organisation (in particular ICT service providers, courier and postal companies),
to providers of legal and advisory services and to support CommerceBay in the assertion of due claims (in particular law firms).
            
            
For how long is my personal data processed? We process your personal data for the duration of the relationship between CommerceBay and your employer or the entity you represent and for the period of the statute of limitations for claims arising from that relationship. After the expiry of the aforementioned periods, your data is deleted or anonymised 
            
            
Is it my responsibility to provide data? If you provide us with your data, this is done on a voluntary basis. However, failure to provide data may result in our inability to respond to your enquiry or to provide you with other content you request from us.  
            
            
What rights do I have? As the controller of your data, we provide you with the right to access your data and you can also rectify it, request its deletion or restrict its processing. You can also exercise your right to object to CommerceBay processing your data and your right to data portability to another data controller. If you wish to exercise any of these rights please contact us.
We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
